    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding Management: Assist in developing recruitment plans, posting job information, screening resumes, and arranging interviews. Responsible for the onboarding training and procedures of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
    2. Employee Relations Management: Maintain good employee relations, handle employee inquiries and complaints, and assist in resolving labor disputes. Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
    3. Personnel File Management: Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and management of employee personnel files, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information. Regularly organize and update files.
    4. Attendance and Compensation Management: Responsible for employee attendance records, compiling and auditing payroll reports, and assisting with payroll calculations. Ensure accurate payment of employee salaries and implementation of relevant welfare policies.
    5. Performance Appraisal: Assist in developing and implementing employee performance appraisal plans, follow up on appraisal results and provide feedback. Analyze performance data and provide suggestions for HR management.
    6. Policy and Regulation Implementation: Assist in implementing the company's HR policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Collect employee feedback on policies and propose optimization suggestions.
    7. Administrative Support: Participate in the daily administrative management of the company, including office environment maintenance, receiving visitors, etc. Handle documents, contracts, and other administrative paperwork.
    8. Training and Development: Assist in developing employee training plans, organizing internal or external training to improve employees' skills and knowledge.
